Russian martial art was adopted by the highest elite units of Russian Spetsnaz (Special Forces). It is elegant in it's simplicity and devastatingly effective in it's application. Fluid and flowing that generates enormous power while adapting easily to each individuals body and mental makeup. Our instructors are trained to get you in peak physical condition while teaching an extremly effective self-defense. This knowledge is now available outside of the elite Spetsnaz forces.
